In which I suggest the possibly of a Radical Rural March - 'Third Patriotic River/Road' beginning with a rally on Mynydd Bach, Ceredigion, possibly this coming Sunday 8 August that is followed with a march upon the Council Offices in Aberaeron. Reasons why will be found in blog link above, this wll be either an alternative to the
post Eisteddfod
'Second Patriotic River/Road' of the 'Long Walk For Wales' or, associated with as in particular a 'LANGUAGE', Land and Liberty aspect of the Campaign Against the New Colonialism of Cheque Book Conquest regards the Great Vyrnwy Estate Land Grab.
.
This I shall regard as the 'Third Patriotic River/Road, confused? Don't be!, put up with my 'esoteric mind' due to, too much reading of Umberto Eco. There are 'Six Rivers' that flow into the 'Afon Efyrnwy', which makes it 'Seven Rivers'. I am just paying homage to these rivers by naming of Six/Seven? potential routes for alternative or associated 'regional' or 'Organisations' march routes as 'Patriotic River/Roads'. Note, I have already chosen mine, it will be in homage to the Afon Eiddew, of course with a nod in direction of 'Mudiad Cofiwn' Search web for Cofiwn. I am not going to chose any other River/Road names for other Marches of the 'Long Walk For Wales', not least as you may wish to conclude your march in area of such rivers. Thus
I am leaving it to the organisers of marches to themselves choose a River to pay homage to, if organising go suss the Six Rivers asap and let me know choice of name, first come first served ok! re my notifying others via this blog. Yes! I am trying to get you to self inform and self educate in everything I write, even if often it's a bit too esoteric but remember the esoteric opens the mind to all sorts and forms of non rigid thinking, gets you out of the box!

.Well hope you found that 'Walk Into The Past' informative and inspirational enough to get you all wound up and just itching to get involved in the suggested 'Long Walk For Wales', Go on! do it? If only for a few miles, it may be done as a relay as per rota, no need for any one to walk all the way unless they really want to? Remember, keep me informed, I can make it to Merthyr to present my 'Tref Gwald Nag Arglwydd' Banner to marchers. Hopefully as many as possible will start to prepare their own Banners and placards and take as many Welsh flags of all kind. I will see to it my 1831 Red Banner makes it, as well as others I have in my collection..Think I will take a break now, the last four posts were done on a 12 hours plus shift over two days and no pay, so no overtime either. Think I will now go watch a movie, maybe this 'Inception', need a total bit of escapism!.Hwyl!.Gethin..PS: Most of the above information comes from my own archives, I had plannned to do a book and doc film on my radical patriotic version of Welsh History but it's getting all too much for one person. So thinking of setting up a Project Group to deal with this, any one interested in joining in, let me know and we will arrange a meeting to discuss further. Possibly ths is an ideal Initiative for the Seven Rivers Project to sponsor?.
